Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Packmix Inc. ("Packmix", "we", "us") and the individual or business entity ("Merchant", "you") installing or using the Packmix application through the Shopify App Store. By installing Packmix, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

Packmix is a modular Shopify merchandising toolkit enabling merchants to build variety pack builders, curated multi-product bundles, tiered quantity breaks, progressive spend rewards, and subscribe & save offers. The service integrates directly into Shopify Admin, Shopify Theme App Extensions, and Shopify Functions.

3. 7-Day Free Trial & Subscription Billing

All Packmix plans (Starter $19/mo, Growth $29/mo, Pro $49/mo) include an initial 7-Day Free Trial.

Subscription charges are authorized through Shopify's native appSubscriptionCreate billing API and billed directly on your monthly Shopify invoice.
You will not be charged if you uninstall the application before the 7-day trial period concludes.
Following the trial, recurring 30-day billing begins automatically until cancelled or uninstalled.

4. Permitted Use & Merchant Responsibilities

As a merchant using Packmix, you agree that:

You are responsible for ensuring that all product listings, prices, discount thresholds, and bundle configurations comply with local consumer protection laws and regulations.
You will not use Packmix to display misleading pricing, fraudulent discounts, or prohibited products in violation of the Shopify Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

Packmix Inc. retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Packmix software, algorithms, Rust WASM binaries, design systems, and logos. You retain full ownership over all your store's catalog content, images, and trademarks.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Packmix disclaims all warranties, express or implied. In no event shall Packmix be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
