Q: How do I place the Packmix widget on my product page?
Open your Shopify Admin, navigate to Online Store > Themes > Customize, open your Default Product template, click Add block in the Product Information section, and select FlavorMix Variety Pack or any of the 5 Packmix blocks.
Q: Do customers need to enter a coupon code to get the bundle discount?
No. Packmix is powered by a native Rust WASM Shopify Function (
discountAutomaticAppCreate). The discount is calculated and applied automatically at checkout as soon as the qualifying pack threshold is met.
Q: Does Packmix work with third-party logistics (3PL) and inventory apps?
Yes. Packmix adds actual underlying product variants to the cart alongside custom line item properties (e.g.
_pack_id). Your warehouse, 3PL, and inventory management systems receive exact SKU-level quantities.
Q: What happens when my 7-day free trial ends?
Your selected plan (Starter $19/mo, Growth $29/mo, or Pro $49/mo) automatically transitions to your regular 30-day Shopify billing cycle. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
